Booking and Service:

• Bookings are exclusively made through the car wash’s mobile application.
• The car's location must be accurately specified when requesting the service to ensure timely arrival of the team.

Payment:

• Payment is accepted only through the authorized mobile application; cash payments are not allowed.
• Payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Punctuality:

• The car wash strives to arrive on time, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond its control, such as traffic congestion or emergencies.

Service Coverage:

• The service is available only in the designated areas covered by the car wash team.

Vehicle’s Initial Condition:

• The company is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or defects in the vehicle.
• The vehicle is photographed prior to the service to document its condition.

Liability Disclaimer:

• The company is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle during the service.
• Safe and suitable cleaning products are used, but rare reactions on certain surfaces may occur. The company is not liable for any resulting damage.

Cancellation:

• Bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed.

Consent:

• Requesting the service through the application constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
